B		SCROLL DOWN BELOW ALL TERMS TO SEE ITEM #1! This is an Online Only Auction that OPENS on THURSDAY, October 25th and begins CLOSING on TUESDAY, October 30th at 7:00 P.M. Note: Items will Close at a rate of 2 Items Per Minute. There is a 10% BUYER'S PREMIUM on All Items (See Info. Below in Term 'E'). This auction will feature our AUTOMATIC EXTENSION SYSTEM (See Info. C		FIRST TIME BIDDERS: You must first register to bid on our site by clicking the 'Register to Bid' button on the left of our page. Fill in the info., submit it, and you will instantly receive an e-mail with your permanent Online bidder's #. Please call our office if you need assistance, or we can register you over the phone. We can place bids for you over the phone as well. (989) 823-8835
D		HOW TO BID: Go to the item you are interested in, you can bid by increment according to the software settings or you can place your 'maximum bid' in the box to the right of the item in the column titled 'maximum bid'. Scroll to the bottom of the page and fill in your bidder # and password. Then click submit, and read and follow on screen instructions. A 'maximum bid' is your top dollar bid. When placing a 'maximum bid', the computer will bid for you up to your top amount as other bidders bid against you. If the bidding stops before it reaches your top amount, you will get it for the current bid price (which may be much less than your 'maximum bid'). NOTE: E-mail if you have any questions! E		BUYER'S PREMIUM: There is a 10% BUYER'S PREMIUM on All Items, Which means whatever the bid price is, there will be an additional 10% added to the invoice.
F		BIDDING EXTENSION: If there is Bidding Activity on an Item in the Last 3 Minutes before the Item Closes, Bidding Time will be Extended. Bidding will Close on Each Item when there is no more bidding activity within the bidding extension (the bidding time 'countdown' is shown next to the bidding box on the last day of the Auction, When bidding is extended, the countdown clock turns Red.).
G		GROUP EXTENSION FEATURE: Grouped extension will work in harmony with our existing automatic bidding extension feature (See Term 'F' 'Bid Extension' Above) BidNow.us will sometimes list similar items in numerical order and place them in a bidding extension group. Items within the group will be noted in the description of the item with a 'GRP' followed by a number (ex. GRP1, GRP2, etc.). Any bid within the last few minutes that causes an automatic extension of bidding on any one of the items in that group (GRP) will now automatically extend the bidding on ALL items in that group (GRP). When no more bidding has occurred on any items in a group(GRP) for the specified time, then bidding on all items in that group will close simultaneously. NOTE: When similar items are included in a group(GRP) for bidding extension, you can bid aggressively on any one item in the group(GRP) until you have exceeded the price you are willing to pay for that item. You can then shift to any other item in the group(GRP) without worrying that the chance to bid on other items in that group(GRP) will close while you are trying to outbid someone on another item in the group(GRP).
H		INSPECTION DATES: Live Preview/Inspection Dates: IN FLINT, MI: October 25th, 26th, 27th, 29th and 30th. Yard Is Gated & Locked After Hours & On Sunday.
I		PICKUP/CHECKOUT DATES: Albrecht Auction will be onsite to receive payment on these Checkout Dates: WEDNESDAY, October 31st from 10 A.M. to 2 P.M. and THURSDAY, November 1st from 10 A.M. to 2 P.M. All items MUST be paid for by THURSDAY @ 2:00 P.M.! In the Form Of: Cash, Bank Certified Check, or Wire Transfer. Personal & Business Checks (with drivers license) From Established Customers ONLY! Call For Details! (NO PERSONAL or BUSINESS CHECKS without prior approval). Call for Details. Any other form of payment would need to be approved in advance by calling Albrecht Auction Service, (989) 823-8835. Special Arrangements May Be Possible For Picking Up Items If Paid For by THURSDAY @ 2:00 P.M.! Please Wait for your Invoice to be E-mailed to you after the auction for the correct total. There is a 10% BUYER'S PREMIUM on All Items (See Info. Above in Term 'E') There is no Sales Tax charged on this auction.
J		WATCH LIST FOR ITEMS: You have to bid on an item to put it in the 'Watch List'. You can click 'Review Bids' next to 'Submit Bids' at the bottom of the page to watch only the items you have bid on.
K		HIT 'REFRESH' OFTEN!: On the final day of the Auction the time remaining will appear to the right of each item along with a 'Refresh Button' When the items are about to start closing: BE SURE TO HIT THE 'REFRESH' BUTTON OFTEN FOR THE MOST UP-TO-DATE BIDS!
L		EASIEST WAY TO WATCH THE AUCTION CLOSE: "ALL OPEN ITEMS": When the Auction begins closing @ 7:00 P.M.* on TUESDAY, October 30th, You will be able to view all 'Open Items' that have not 'Closed' yet and are still available for bidding. This will REFRESH Your Page and eliminate some of the scrolling down the page through the closed items. HOW TO SELECT 'ALL OPEN ITEMS': Towards the top of any of the bidding pages, click on the "Select Category" Box and a list will pop down, click on "ALL OPEN ITEMS" and only items currently open for bidding will display on the page. NOTE: This 'Open Items' Category appears ONLY AFTER the auction begins closing. *Items will Close beginning at 7:00 P.M. at the rate of 2 Items Every Minute and Feature our 3 Minute Bid Extension System which is explained in the Terms Above Under the Term Letter 'F'.
M		HAULING: It is the Buyer's Responsibility to pick up their own items or make Arrangements for Hauling. Independent Hauler's: RTS Trucking - (989) 269-9810 or Alternative Transportation Services (ATS) - 1-800-457-6977. Owner will have a Loader Onsite for loading of some items.
