This is an online auction held at 61320 New Haven Rd., Lenox, MI (Macomb Co.), that begins closing on TUESDAY, October 18th, at 6:00pm at a rate of 1 item per minute! This auction will feature our automatic Group Extension feature.  If an item in the group feature (which displays the "chain link" symbol) receives a bid within the last 5 minutes of its closing time, bidding time will be extended on all items associated with that specific group.

A 6% BUYER'S PREMIUM will be added to all items purchased based on the highest bid received, buyer's premium becomes part of the purchase price and will be reflected on your invoice. 

Accepted forms of payment are Cash, Cashier’s Checks/Certified Checks, or Wire Transfer.  Personal or Business Checks over $1,000 must have current Bank Letter of Credit unless known by the Equipment Owner.  You can call Joe for check approval before coming to pickup your items.  NO OUT OF STATE personal or business checks!  (Checks are to be made payable to J and B Farms, LLC). 

NO SALES TAX will be charged on this farm auction.
