GENERAL USE PROVISION: This site is provided only as a venue for bidders and auction sellers. "Albrecht Auction" / "BidNow.us" is not involved in the actual transaction between these parties and assumes no control or liability over any issues that may arise as a result of the transaction, including the Seller's unwillingness to sell an item for any reason including a missed reserve, even if an invoice was issued to a buyer stating they had won the item. Bidders and Sellers agree not to engage in activities to intentionally avoid Albrecht Auction fees.  ABSOLUTE AUCTION POLICY:  If an item is listed as 'Selling ABSOLUTE', the item will sell to the Highest Bidder regardless of the price (no reserve).  Items not listed as 'Selling ABSOLUTE' may have a reserve.  BUYER'S PREMIUM: There is a BUYER'S PREMIUM on All Items based on the highest bid received: Items selling (up to $25,000 = 6%); ($25,001 to $50,000 = 5%); ($50,001 to $100,000 = 4%); ($100,001 or greater = 3%).  NO SALES TAX:  Sales Tax will NOT be charged on items selling in the Tri-State Auction, unless listed otherwise in item description or if it is a titled item, in which case sales tax will be paid at the Secretary of State office.  LOADING & HAULING: It is the Buyer's Responsibility to pick up their own items and/or make Arrangements for Loading and/or Hauling.  INDEPENDENT HAULERS:  Countryside Transportation, Sebewaing, MI (Huron Co) - (800) 359-0799 Ext. 1; S.S. It is the seller’s legal responsibility to pay off any liens prior to the transfer of ownership. Albrecht Auction / BidNow.us is in no way liable for liens on equipment in the Tri-State Consignment Auction.  BIDDING EXTENSION: If an item receives a bid within the last 5 minutes of its closing, bidding time will be extended on that specific item. When bidding is extended, the countdown timer will turn red and automatically reset to 5 minutes remaining. Bidding will close on an item when there is no more bidding activity within the bid extension period. If an item remains in bid extension well beyond an item's scheduled close time, the extension period may be shortened to as little as 1 minute - be sure to pay close attention and bid immediately if you are outbid!  NOTE: The "Bid Extension Period" may be longer for land auctions or offsite auctions.  GROUP FEATURE: When a lot is consigned which matches and/or is similar/related to one or more other consigned lots, the lots may be listed as part of a GROUP. All lots that are part of a group will remain open for bidding (bid time will extend) if one or more of the lots is still receiving bids. If a lot is part of a group, it will show a "Chain Link" Icon followed by a specific number. Please contact seller(s) to arrange payment.  PAYMENT MUST BE MADE DIRECTLY TO THE SELLER (CASH or CASHIER'S CHECK Only)!  Cashier's Check must be made out to the seller - NOT Albrecht Auction.  NO Personal Checks, Credit Cards or Paypal Accepted for this Auction!  Equipment should be picked up no later than the Saturday following the end of the Auction.
