This is an online auction held at 6630 State Park Rd, Caseville, MI  48720 (Huron Co.), that begins closing on TUESDAY, September 16th, at 6:00pm at a rate of 3 items per minute! This auction will feature our automatic Group Extension.

A 10% BUYER'S PREMIUM will be added to all items purchased.  If you are paying by cash or check, the buyer's premium is 10% and becomes part of the purchase price and will be reflected on your invoice.  (Example:  If you winning bid is $10, you will be paying $11). If paying by credit card there will be a 13% BUYER'S PREMIUM.

NO SALES TAX will be charged to items selling in this one owner equipment auction.

Bidder acknowledges that this auction is conducted electronically and relies on hardware and software that may malfunction without warning. The auction company, in its sole discretion, may void any sale, temporarily suspend bidding and re-sell any item/lots (or the entire auction) that were affected by any malfunction or for any other reason. The decision of the auction company is final.

A compact telehandler will be on site to assist with the load out of equipment.  NOTE:  ITEM #7 Cincinnati Dart CNC.  The estate has not been successful in obtaining a heavy forklift in time to be able to load this item out during the regular checkout period - The owner will work with the successful high bidder to load this item out at a later date.  The owner will also allow the high bidder to use their own load out equipment if they have a machine capable of doing so (please call the owner with questions).

NOTE:  The forklift and telehandler will not be on site after 3pm Thursday, September 18th.  Some items may be picked up by appointment with the owner, but Arrangements Must be Made and Items Must be Paid for by 3 p.m. on Thursday, September 18th.  Please make every effort to pick up on the scheduled checkout days!  Equipment will be on site to assist in loading only through Thursday, September 18th!  No load out vehicle on site after Thursday!

It is the Buyer's Responsibility to pick up their own items or make Arrangements for Hauling.

If you do not pick up during checkout dates and the auction company hauls your small items to Vassar, you will pay the hauling fee (minimum $5).

Accepted forms of payment are Cash, Cashier’s Check, or Wire Transfer.  Checks over $1,000 must have current Bank Letter of Credit unless known by the Auction Co.  Personal checks allowed for up to $1000 with proper Michigan State Driver's License.  No out of state checks!  All Checks made payable to Albrecht Auction Service.  Call the Albrecht Auction for easy wire transfer instructions.  All payments must be received by September 18th unless prior arrangements have been made.
