This is an online auction held at 5632 Gilford Rd, Fairgrove, MI 48733 (Tuscola Co.), that begins closing on TUESDAY, December 16th, at 6:00pm at a rate of 2 items per minute! This auction will feature our automatic Group Extension.
A 6% BUYER'S PREMIUM will be added to all items purchased. If you are paying by cash or check, the buyer's premium is 6% and becomes part of the purchase price and will be reflected on your invoice. (Example: If you winning bid is $10, you will be paying $10.60). If paying by credit card there will be a 9% BUYER'S PREMIUM.
NO SALES TAX will be charged to items selling in this one owner equipment auction.

Auction company cannot, and will not, be held responsible for any interruption in service, errors, and/or omissions, caused by any means and does not guarantee continual, uninterrupted or error free service or use of the Site. Bidder acknowledges that this auction is conducted electronically and relies on hardware and software that may malfunction without warning. The auction company, in its sole discretion, may void any sale, temporarily suspend bidding and re-sell any item/lots (or the entire auction) that were affected by any malfunction or for any other reason. The decision of the auction company is final.

Accepted forms of payment are Cash, Cashier’s Check, or Wire Transfer. Checks over $1,000 must have current Bank Letter of Credit unless known by the Auction Co. Personal checks allowed for up to $1000 with proper Michigan State Driver's License. No out of state checks! All Checks made payable to Albrecht Auction Service. Call the Albrecht Auction for easy wire transfer instructions. All payments must be received by December 18th unless prior arrangements have been made.
