Tract 1 - 4.6 Acres with 6 Buildings and Grain Storage: This property is the former site of Maust Enterprises/Farms, Inc. and includes six buildings, grain storage bins, and a well-equipped main shop facility. The main shop building measures 54’ x 120’ with an attached 15’ x 20’ lean-to and a 70’ x 80’ storage shed addition. At the front of the shop is a finished 32’ x 30’ office and lobby area. The building is serviced by 400 Amp, 3-phase electrical power and includes a 10 hp air compressor with pneumatic air lines plumbed throughout, cement floors, a 2.5-ton overhead crane and a 1-ton jib crane.
