Please Read if You Plan on Purchasing a Handgun: Per New Michigan Firearms Regulations, Customers WITHOUT a CPL License Must Obtain a Michigan Purchase Permit (RI-010) from Their Local Sheriff's Office and Present This Permit to Albrecht Auction Before Time of Purchase/Pickup (Valid for 30 Days). Customers WITH a CPL License Must Present their Valid Michigan CPL License to Albrecht Auction Before Time of Purchase/Pickup. Albrecht Auction Will Complete a Firearm Sales Record (RI-060) to Register the Handgun, which Will be Turned into the Appropriate County Sheriff's Department.
If you purchase a firearm through our auction, we encourage you to schedule a pickup appointment to help make the process as smooth and efficient as possible. After receiving your winning invoice confirmation, you can set up an appointment using the link provided in your email, or by calling or emailing our office. A Firearms Sales Record (RI-060) Will be Completed for All Long Gun Purchases by Albrecht Auction.
There will be a $5 processing fee assessed for any firearm purchased. A NICS Background Check is Required at time of Pick-Up. If you are between the age of 18 and 20, your background check will automatically be delayed. FIREARM TRANSPORT LAWS: Federal and State Law Require that Firearms MUST BE Trigger-Locked or other Device Designed to Disable a Firearm and Prevent the Discharge of a Firearm OR in a Gun Case or Storage Container that can be Secured to Prevent Unauthorized Access to the Firearm when Being Transported. Please bring either a trigger lock or a secure gun case for each gun that you purchase. PayPal cannot be accepted for any Firearms or Ammunition.
