This is an online auction held at 855 First Street, Bay Port, MI, that begins closing on TUESDAY, August 22, at 6:00pm at a rate of 3 items per minute! This auction will feature our automatic Group Extension.

10% BUYER'S PREMIUM will be added to all items purchased.  If you are paying by cash or check, the buyer's premium is 10% and becomes part of the purchase price and will be reflected on your invoice.  (Example:  If you winning bid is $10, you will be paying $11). If paying by credit card there will be a 13% BUYER'S PREMIUM.

NO SALES TAX will be charged to items selling in this one owner equipment auction.

CHECKOUT DATES IN BAY PORT:  CHECKOUT DATES:  Two Days Only!  Wednesday, August 23rd from 11am to 5pm and Thursday, August, 24th from 11am to 3pm.

Albrecht Auction will be at the auction site receiving payments!  Some select items may be picked up by appointment with Roger, but Must be Paid for by Friday, August 25th.

Accepted forms of payment are Cash, Cashier’s Check, or Wire Transfer.  Checks over $500 must have current Bank Letter of Credit unless known by the Auction Co.  No out of state checks!  All payments must be received by August 25th unless prior arrangements have been made with the auction company.
