This is an online auction held at 5241 Forester Rd, Carsonville, MI  48419 (Sanilac Co.), that begins closing on TUESDAY, September 26th, at 6:00pm at a rate of 2 items per minute! This auction will feature our automatic Group Extension.

A 10% BUYER'S PREMIUM will be added to all items purchased.  If you are paying by cash or check, the buyer's premium is 10% and becomes part of the purchase price and will be reflected on your invoice.  (Example:  If you winning bid is $10, you will be paying $11). If paying by credit card there will be a 13% BUYER'S PREMIUM.

NO SALES TAX will be charged to items selling in this one owner equipment auction.

Auction company cannot, and will not, be held responsible for any interruption in service, errors, and/or omissions, caused by any means and does not guarantee continual, uninterrupted or error free service or use of the Site. Bidder acknowledges that this auction is conducted electronically and relies on hardware and software that may malfunction without warning. The auction company, in its sole discretion, may void any sale, temporarily suspend bidding and re-sell any item/lots (or the entire auction) that were affected by any malfunction or for any other reason. The decision of the auction company is final.

CHECKOUT DATES IN CARSONVILLE:  CHECKOUT 2 DAYS ONLY!  Wednesday, September 27th from 11am to 5pm and Thursday, September 28th from 11am to 4pm

Albrecht Auction will be on the farm during checkout on Wednesday and Thursday to collect payment and to assist with load out.  All payments must be received by 2pm on Friday, September 29th unless prior arrangements have been made with the Auction Company!

It is the Buyer's Responsibility to pick up their own items or make Arrangements for Hauling.

If you do not pick up during checkout dates and the auction company hauls your small items to Vassar, you will pay the hauling fee (minimum $5).

Accepted forms of payment are Cash, Cashier’s Check, or Wire Transfer.  Checks over $1,000 must have current Bank Letter of Credit unless known by the Auction Co.  No out of state checks!  Please make every effort to pay on the farm at the checkout days!  All payments must be received by 2 p.m on Friday, September 29th unless prior arrangements have been made.
