Once the auction begins closing you can remove the completed items from your page by selecting ‘OPEN’ items on our search bar and then clicking on the ‘Refresh Arrows’ every time you want to update the page. This is an online auction held at 1576 Farver Rd., Pigeon, MI (HURON CO), that begins closing on TUESDAY, APRIL 16th, at 6:00pm at a rate of 3 items per minute! This auction will feature our automatic Group Extension.
A 10% BUYER'S PREMIUM will be added to all items purchased. If you are paying by cash or check, the buyer's premium is 10% and becomes part of the purchase price and will be reflected on your invoice. (Example: If you winning bid is $10, you will be paying $11). If paying by credit card there will be a 13% BUYER'S PREMIUM.
NO SALES TAX will be charged to items selling in this one owner equipment auction.
All items selling to the Highest Bidder w/exception of the 2004 Four Winns boat, 2003 Ford Pickup and 2005 Ford Excursion. These 3 items will sell with 24 hour seller's confirmation.

A telehandler will be on site to assist in load out. The telehandler will not be on site after Thursday, April 18th! Please make every attempt to make it to the regular checkout on Wednesday and Thursday!
It is the Buyer's Responsibility to pick up their own items or make Arrangements for Hauling.

If you do not pick up during checkout dates and the auction company hauls your small items to Vassar, you will pay the hauling fee (minimum $5).
Accepted forms of payment are Cash, Cashier’s Check, or Wire Transfer. Checks over $1,000 must have current Bank Letter of Credit unless known by the Auction Co. No out of state checks - call Albrecht Auction for easy wire transfer instructions! All Checks made payable to Albrecht Auction Service. All payments must be received by April 18th unless prior arrangements have been made. NOTE: You must have all payments in to Albrecht Auction by 3 p.m. on Thursday, April 18th.
