This is an online auction held at 46705 Erb Drive, Macomb, MI  48042 (MACOMB CO), that begins closing on TUESDAY, July 30, at 6:00pm at a rate of 7 items per minute! This auction will feature our automatic Group Extension.

A 10% BUYER'S PREMIUM will be added to all items purchased.  If you are paying by cash or check, the buyer's premium is 10% and becomes part of the purchase price and will be reflected on your invoice.  (Example:  If you winning bid is $10, you will be paying $11.00). If paying by credit card there will be a 13% BUYER'S PREMIUM.

NO SALES TAX will be charged to items selling in this one owner equipment auction.

NOTE: Items #3, #4 and #17 are selling with 24 hour seller's confirmation and acceptance of bid. The high bidders on these items only, will be called on Wednesday morning with confirmation.  Call our office if you have any questions.

Auction company cannot, and will not, be held responsible for any interruption in service, errors, and/or omissions, caused by any means and does not guarantee continual, uninterrupted or error free service or use of the Site. Bidder acknowledges that this auction is conducted electronically and relies on hardware and software that may malfunction without warning. The auction company, in its sole discretion, may void any sale, temporarily suspend bidding and re-sell any item/lots (or the entire auction) that were affected by any malfunction or for any other reason. The decision of the auction company is final.

CHECKOUT DATES IN MACOMB:  2-DAYS ONLY!  All items in the building must be removed during the 2-days of checkout as a new tenant is moving in!  All items must be paid for by Friday, but some outdoor items can be picked up within a week by appointment!

Accepted forms of payment are Cash, Cashier’s Check, or Wire Transfer.  Checks over $1,000 must have current Bank Letter of Credit unless known by the Auction Co.  Personal checks allowed for up to $1000 with proper Michigan State Driver's License.  No out of state checks.  All Checks made payable to Albrecht Auction Service.  Out of state bidders and others interested, please call our office for easy wire transfer instructions!  All payments must be received by August 1st unless prior arrangements have been made.  Credit card payments will be accepted at the auction site with an additional charge - See Buyer's Premium note.
